Hypnosis Books will replace any faulty books or products  supplied with proof of receipt.

Please follow the procedures below and those set out in our terms & conditions.

Damaged or faulty products must be returned within 7 days from the date you recieved your order, you must notify us of a problem by email or by telephone within 3 working days of receipt.

IMPORTANT - FOR COURIER DELIVERIES

 If the parcel should look damaged on arrival, please open it and check that the books are in good condition before signing. By signing the courier's form you are accepting that the courier has delivered the item in good condition. If it is damaged, sign but write "damaged in transit" on the form. This protects you and we can then make a claim for compensation from the courier. If you follow this procedure we can organise replacement orders more efficiently and make arrangements for the book to be returned. If not there will be a delay to your refund whilst we communicate with the courier.
