Orders are normally processed the same working day of receipt and shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter unless notified otherwise. Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Large or multiple orders will be sent by courier. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day. Orders are estimated to arrive within two working days (Mon-Fri) if the order is made on a weekday before 3pm. This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to provide a high level of customer service.
However, some postal delays are beyond our control but we do obtain a Certificate of Posting for each dispatch and can track your order if notified of delays.
For orders delivered by courier a signature will be required on arrival.
We will notify you via email as to how your books will be dispatched.
Please do ensure that you have provided the correct mailing address including complete postcode as well as any payment address. The customer will be charged for any reshipping or handling charges if the incorrect address is supplied.
If a title is Out of Stock you will be informed and we will hold the order "open" until it is supplied to us by the publisher and it will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
With multiple book orders, we will send all available titles separately, so you recieve you order as quickly as possible. Books which are currently out of stock will be sent at a later date, as soon as they available.
